How submissions are processed

Website form submissions are sent through the site's secure form workflow and are stored in a Google Sheets spreadsheet used for lead tracking and records.

The site also sends a notification email through Resend so the business can respond promptly to new inquiries.

Optional inquiry photos are resized, stripped of location metadata, stored privately in Vercel Blob with upload records in Neon, and attached to the notification email. They are accessible through the business's authenticated inbox and are not published in project galleries.

These service providers process data on our behalf only for website inquiry handling and related operational needs.

Retention and access

We keep submitted information for as long as it is reasonably needed to respond to your request, maintain business records, and review prior project communication.

Website copies of inquiry photos expire after 90 days and are removed by scheduled cleanup, or earlier when the inquiry is deleted from the website inbox. Incomplete uploads expire after 24 hours and are removed by scheduled cleanup. Delivered email attachments may remain in the business's mailbox with the related correspondence.

If you want us to review, update, or delete information you submitted through this site, contact us and we will evaluate the request in light of applicable legal and recordkeeping obligations.

Third-party services and links

This site may link to third-party services such as Google Maps or may use third-party tools such as Google Analytics, Google Sheets, Resend, Vercel, and Neon. Those services operate under their own privacy terms and policies.
